MP praises team for community work
John Baron MP recently visited Training 360 Ltd which is part of RIS, a local SME providing specialist construction skills. Training 360 provides training in the construction sector for ex-offenders, young apprentices and ex-military. John met with Gary Stringer, Director, Lee Brown, Commercial Manager, and other members of the training team as well as a trainee.
John said:
"I was very impressed with the team, the set-up and approach of Training 360. They are helping many vulnerable and difficult to reach people in society, including ex-offenders, in the hope they can change lives for the better and reduce crime in our communities.”
“I will be helping them on a number of issues. This will include exploring possible Government funding schemes to support their work and reaching out to schools to spread the word. I look forward to keeping in touch.”
